I've worked on contract thru Popular Tech twice for JPL, once in 2012 and again in 2014. Bob Kusal is in my opinion one of the most professional recruiters in the business. He takes a personal interest in his contractors to ensure their experience is always positive. He pays on time all of the time. I look forward to working with Popular Tech Again.

Transparent in billing rate. Mostly only direct clients. Green card processing excellent. Direct in communication. Very good with follow up calls. Very good management. Core technologies they are good at. Consultants are very experienced. Most of the people who join them stay for 5+ years. Dependable and stay true to their word. Can always talk to the CEO or accounting department anytime. Very professional and Efficient. Treat you like family. have loans available to employees with little or no interest. Very good relationships with credit unions. Very good reputation with their clients. Main vendor for companies. It's like one extended family over there
