Pluspunten
Good job while in school and managers work with your schedule to make sure you get the hours you can handle. Can have visible tattoos
Minpunten
Bottom line is you don't get paid enough for the intensity of work you're expected to do. If you work in one of the Wilmington stores the CEO can pop in at any time to see how things are going but he's always looking for problems in a nonhelpful way. You're technically allowed to take a break as long as you clock out for it BUT it is highly frowned upon as managers only ever schedule the bare minimum amount of employees for shifts. You have the potential for a raise every 6 months but if you even get approved for one it will only be $.10, $.15, or $.20 which doesn't make it that helpful or nice. When you're in training you make minimum wage ($7.25) and after you pass all your tests you move up to anywhere between $7.50-$8 which also doesn't make any noticeable difference. Took multiple petitions from the managers to get visible tattoos approved for working in a coffee shop which is ridiculous.
