no one higher up has ever sold here and knows nothing about what sales people go through. Divisions are set up to work against one another. Constantly told you can make excuses or sales everytime anyone brings up the glaring issues with the company. VERY high turnover. You must work holidays, weekends, nights, and be in tons of meetings all week so the managers can pretend they actually do something. They bring in loads of salespeople, make them sell to their freinds and family, then force them to quit or fire them before the sales are installed so they dont have to actually pay the salespeople. The owners pretend they care about black people, LMI, gender equality, etc but its all a front. The environment is borderline abusive and they see it and let it ocntinue everyday. There isnt even customer service center at all. apparently that falls on sales too. The truth is they could be great and instead they keep bringing in more incompetent leadership and never liste to the people actually on the front lines. if you do take a sales job here, dont sell to any friends or family, dont try to fix anything with the very broken system, keep your head down and try to sell without anyone noticing or targeting you, and always always look out for yourself because the culture is dog eat dog.
