Everyone goes out of their way to help each other but also not step on each others toes. The CEO clearly loves what he does and does everything he can to make the company and it's employees successful. He even called me personally when they extended my offer letter. No CRM systems like salesforce. Having one would make organization and keeping tabs on opportunities and pipeline much easier. It isn't the end of the world but it would be super helpful.
