Pluspunten
The company has had strong and steady growth with much more to come in the future. With this growth they allow you to grow as an employee. They don't restrict anyone to just one position and allow you ( if qualified) to grow with the company as much as possible. I started out in retail marketing after graduating with a degree in finance. Not exactly what I planned but the compensation was more than enough to make me happy. As long as you're a hard worker you can make a great deal of money as a marketer. Even though I was satisfied with that position I was interested in more of the business and administrative side of the company. I expressed this interest to my marketing manager and a month later I was promoted to do the payroll for the marketing department.

You have to work late as a marketer, as well as some weekends as well. However since the salary is base + commission this is just more opportunity ( for the hard workers) to make more money.
