Somewhat flexible work timings. There is absolutely nothing else!

Minpunten

• Salary is delayed by two to three months. The higher your salary is, the more it is delayed. • Irresponsible and unprofessional HR - They claim that they have no clue on what’s happening in the company and when the employees will get their salaries. • Company’s share of PF is deducted from employees’ salary. • Management/ HR posts ridiculous and hilarious fake reviews on Glassdoor and other sites to build their reputation. (Even the most satisfied employee of the company will not just forget to mention that they don’t get their salaries on time). • CEO of the company is quite egoistic and arrogant. • The company does not value employee loyalty. • There is no such thing as job security. • Promotions are given mostly based on favouritism. • Employees are forced to work overtimes & on weekends, and are not paid for that.

There is not a single positive thing about this place, apart from maybe flexible timing but that too depends on individual managers.

Minpunten

They don't give salary Treat employees inferiorly, especially the owner who thinks no end of himself. Write fake positive reviews on Glassdoor No opportunity for growth

Work-from-home flexibility is a positive aspect of the company.

"The company has a culture where employees often feel the need to keep seniors happy rather than focus purely on their work. This creates unnecessary politics and pressure. The salary cycle is also much later than what is common in the industry, which can be inconvenient for employees. Improvements in workplace culture and employee policies would make a significant difference.
