      Like any growth company, work/life balance can be a challenge during some projects. Having said that, Precima is focused on maintaining balance and it contributes to the 'work hard, play hard' social culture of the team

In this fast-growing division of a solid global company, opportunities abound for professional development, both upward and laterally. The work is dynamic, challenging and highly collaborative, and turnover is extremely low. Senior leaders are accessible and personally invested in their teams, with transparency around major business decisions and strategies.

      As we expand globally, our remote offices can feel a bit disconnected. Business development also seems to have slowed in the US - recent focus is more on Europe and Asia.
