Pluspunten
Got me a Business Analyst position at what turned out to be their only client in Colorado Springs. Pay was reasonable (why I took the position.)
Minpunten
1. RUN!
2. Precision said, "We have full benefits" when they extended their employment offer. What this really meant was I had to pay 100% for the "full benefits" they offered.
3. Precision stated I would be eligible to participate in "Gainshare" at the client company. However, after I started work there, I learned this was only for the client's employees; not contractors like me.
4. Client supervisor and Precision supervisor informed me during monthly reviews that my performance was consistently excellent as was my relationship with my co-workers, but I was suddenly laid off after 7 months by phone from HR with no explanation nor out-brief. Despite my leaving multiple phone messages and sending multiple emails to request formal written notice of layoff, my communications were ignored.
5. Precision delayed providing my final paycheck for 3 weeks in violation of Colorado labor law.
6. Precision deducted my health insurance premium from my final paycheck for the month FOLLOWING my layoff. Shortly thereafter, I learned that I actually had NO health insurance coverage since Precision notified the insurance carrier I was no longer an employee.
After months of Precision ignoring my multiple email messages demanding a refund, I had to retain an attorney to force Precision to do so.
