I worked for a company that was taken over by precision proco. As soon as they took over people started resigning, I should have left of my own will when I could. In the end I was dismissed for being away too much on teams. At least I got to coast for a few months getting paid to do almost nothing. Pay is low, code is poorly written. Current technical management is inept, trying to build microservices with no idea of how things should fit together. If you want to work on jquery and codeigniter or ill thought through microservices for below average pay sign up. They are replacing their in-house dev team with foreign sub contractors by inventing reasons to dismiss existing staff.
