      Pluspunten

      Most people are personally aligned with the mission of the organization, which is great. It makes for a truly rewarding experience. There are also a ton of alums who work here and are clearly already committed to Prep because they have seen first-hand the impact of it on their own lives.

      Minpunten

      They pay is absolutely terrible, especially for the long hours and investment of personal time and energy required to really do your best here.

      - Lack of competitive pay - Work can get very repetitive

      Some of the higher ups don't listen and often leave things in a state of limbo until it reaches critical state.
