great product, market, colleagues, parties, brand

Minpunten

product and company hyped a few years ago and reached its own peak; almost nothing new, fresh or special happened since then. it makes mad C-level and they cannot handle with such situation. too much micro management, fear of taking responsibility for bad decisions, unstable behavior. hard trying to be shown as Teal but actually completely Red. even they will try to understand who wrote this so I had to mislead some information about my role here

The product is strong and visual, with a lot of room for creative impact. The pace is fast, sometimes chaotic, but it’s getting better. Lately the company has been changing in a good way: more focus, clearer expectations. Team is the best - smart, open, supportive people

Minpunten

Not the best place if you want everything predictable. This company is not for people who expect everything to be done for them. You need ownership, initiative, and the ability to move without perfect instructions.
