There are too many people in the firm with "Manager" and "Director" titles, so if you're a junior employee they will make every effort to let you know that you're a junior employee and will treat you accordingly. Firm's interest is neither aligned with the employees nor the clients' best interest. CEO averages a 4-5 month vacation each year, which speaks volumes on the leadership and direction that the firm is heading.
