- Staff are encouraged to develop new, creative ideas that will impact their position as well as the future of the organization - Staff feedback and opinions are taken seriously and considered when making final decisions - Weekly meetings available with CEO to brainstorm different avenues to explore and touch base on progress of projects - There are many aspects that are part of a membership organization and input from all staff is encouraged on how to make all of these parts fit together the best I honestly have never worked in such a supportive environment. To feel heard, that my ideas and opinions matter, means a great deal to me and my career goals. Before I started there was a high turn over rate. This is a small office and personalities can clash. Thankfully we now have a dedicated team that is respectful of one another and works very cohesively together.

- The office space is beautiful but can sometimes be noisy due to street traffic. - Because the office is so small there is little room to advance into an entirely new position, however, you have the ability to evolve your current position to encompass whatever goals you set - Very active board which can be both a pro and a con at times

Nice office space. That is about it. Benefits, leadership, values, opportunity for advancement, etc. are all lacking.

The CEO has unrealistic expectations of employees. She is gone the majority of the time and when she is there, she does not offer any support to staff. There is an extremely high turnover rate for such a small staff. The entire staff has turned over at least twice in the last 3 years. Management (which includes the board) has dismissed any problems brought to them. I would not work for this organization again for any amount of money!
