The management and team was nice enough and fun to work with. You can make money from sales that you make while out on the job. This gives you a lot of potential to make more money.

Equipment is dilapidated and broken. It needs to be replaced more often, and when it affect the time that you route will take that is all on you. The biggest problem with this company is that the customer is ALWAYS right. You as an employee are truly just a disposable tool. If a customer lies about you they are always right. I had a woman give me a legitimate death threat because of an honest mistake I made that made me late to service her home. I kindly asked the company to not send me back to that home for fear for my life, however I was the tech they sent out for the very next service. When i asked about it, they knowingly did this. The customer is more valuable than a good employee to this company. I had a good friend get fired as well for a ridiculous lie reported by a customer. There was no proof to the claims of the customer and the time tracking could prove that the customer was lying, however because the customer is infinitely more important, he was fired. So employee beware, the company is nice... until a customer screws you over or doesn't like you very much. This will happen a lot.
