People are not authentic. There is a lot of gossip and back stabbing especially at the senior level. Company culture is not as inclusive or supportive as advertised. Favoritism and lack of performance is rewarded. It is common to undermined people you want improve the culture. This impacts morale and fairness. Promotions and career growth feel inconsistent and lack transparency. Employee voices often go unheard, making it difficult to feel truly valued.
