You're better off seeking another job if you're looking for more money. They want you to have experience, but don't pay accordingly. Favoritism. Micromanagement. Discrimination. Used for interpretation, but I am not a certified one, which come to find out is illegal and again, they don't pay you more for speaking a second language and interpreting in rooms with patients.
