      Pluspunten

      Startup focus and intensity. Technology super-star employees. Program management has dramatically improved. Very rigorous management that is driving to product-market fit with carefully qualified customers. Technology is revolutionary with no competitors. That's pretty rare. In the big picture, this company needs to both continue to innovate and to execute, and they seem to be doing both, across all of the teams.

      Minpunten

      Quality of some teams needed improvement that required hiring and culling. No one likes that. Though its a startup, its been around for awhile so it had a lot of baggage that had to be dealt with, including people and unrealistic planning but that has all been dealt with. Like all startups, too much to do so prioritization is a constant.

      Primary Data is an excellent place to work if you want to work on a product that can fundamentally transform the storage landscape. If you are someone who excels at what you do, you can step up and take charge to make a big impact on the company and customers' success. Executives listen to people's input and opinions and value the experience of the team. Progress is fast paced and projects move forward quickly, which is great if you are someone who thrives on achievement.

      Minpunten

      If you are someone who likes to always be told what to do and not take ownership of taking charge proactively when you see something to work on, Primary Data might not be a great place for you to work. We've had some negative people come and go and it's clear that they are not a great fit with what makes people successful here. If you're unable to flow with change as customer requests come in and help shape the product we're working on, this early stage startup or any other might not be the best place for you to work.
