      Good hours that are fairly consistent Fair benefits as far as medical Depending on facility, closed on Sunday's Most holidays off or reduced hours

      Poor ethics Set you up to fail Promise bonuses but make it very difficult to achieve Unfair wages compared to required duties Poor facility standards- safety, cleanliness No advancement even though promised often Constant employee turnover Too corporate and all about getting more money out of tenants Make you decieve tenants and charge more-sneaky practices Trying to expand way too fast

      The pay is okay my district Manager is the absolute best she takes care of her district and goes above and beyond to make sure our voices are heard

      Corporate dosen not care about you! They make it incredibly hard to do the job they hired you to do. Instead of letting you do the job they hired you for they micro manage you to death!!! They expect you to go above and beyond your job roles and in return they tell you essentially better luck next time try harder. I.T. cant get any thing done in a timely manner ive had a full 8hr shift with nothing to do because its to hard for them to log in and install software that we use daily. They never have communication between their departments when you make them aware of an ise be prepared for it to take any where from 2 weeks to 8 months before you get any help or guidence
