The company is under new management and is really turning around. The work environment is now a very positive and collaborative environment. The size of ProCal is great in terms of not being to small but also being small enough to where everyone knows and is friends with everyone - and it makes communication a lot easier. The jobs that we do are really varied which makes it more interesting in my opinion. There is also such a wide range of our printing capabilities here which allows for a lot of creativity! In short - my experience here especially now is very positive and I would definitely recommend it.
