The only big pro is that it looks nice to have such a strong company o your resume. Other than that keep away from Protv for the sake of your your mental health

Nepotism everywhere, virtually no perspectives for promotions and the salaries are below average. Management is incompetent in all aspects, deadlines are usually "yesterday or the day before yesterday". You will lose your mind afer 1 year with protv. Also if they propose freelance projects (a strategy used to have you working on weekends) you will most likely make more money selling stolen roses at Belu cemetery than workibg for them. In a nutshell: rude chaotic company where you are seen as a row in an excell file rather than a human being.stay away!!!
