The office culture at ProAmpac - Euroflex Donegal is deeply toxic and bitter. Professional gaslighting and constant belittling of staff are commonplace, creating a demoralising environment. Processes are outdated and backward, with inadequate systems that frequently lead to product mistakes. Everything here is reactive rather than proactive. Decisions are driven by the whims of certain managers, who openly display favouritism. It's clear that the organisation desperately needs restructuring, especially at the top. While there are some good people in the company, most are too afraid to speak up, and their voices are drowned out in this hostile environment. Overall, this has been the most disappointing place to work from every angle. Avoid if you can.
