This was an excellent team to work with. The supervisors truly care about you and your progress in not just your work life but also your life outside of work. I feel like they wanted to help me be the best version of myself as much as possible. I learned so much and gained so much confidence in this job. The benefits are amazing, and the coworkers are the best I have ever had. They are such lovely people and truly feel like a family.

HSN schedules I was tired to work the later nights. But this was only once a month and was not that big of an issue.

ProCaps has been a source of pride and motivation for both me and my career. The culture is one of fostering a sense of family. The leadership team does an excellent job of providing a place of positive motivation, affirmation, and comfort. The morale is always high in part due to the monthly culture day events and the positive reinforcement from leadership and peers alike. The customers are happy to speak with representatives, and many good relationships are formed while customers get what they need. I've been waiting for a place like this for a while, and I'm glad that I've found it!
