Pluspunten
Overall, PS has a positive, upbeat environment with friendly, optimistic people. The pay is good and the dental & vision benefits are great. From the CEO to the seasonal agent, these people project the enthusiasm consistent with the ProService culture and core values. Improvement is rewarded; most goals (example: AHT, QM) are attainable and specific.
Minpunten
The medical insurance has a very high yearly deductible; for example, I am still paying for the non-covered portion of a 2015 medical bill.
There are pockets of people who are "clique-y" as well as a small portion of full-time and seasonal employees who cannot seem to embrace the optimistic culture. These groups tend to gossip and exclude "outsiders" (new employees and people from other departments, for example)
