      Remote opportunities, multiple contracts available, health and wellness stipend.

      Minpunten

      No vertical movement available, only lateral moves to other contracts that may be worse. No set standards, will bend to contracting companies even if the job changes (i.e. promises the job is remote, contracting company changes that within 6 months, prosphere will not honor the original agreement for remote work).

      SUPERRRRR Flexible Schedule. I worked remote and you could literally work whenever as long as you hit at least 32 hours a week. Additional H&W pay increased hourly wage almost $5/hour

      Minpunten

      Contract was always ended abruptly then would spend a week plus without pay waiting to see if the contract would extend.
