The company is well organized and has great processes in place. They bill clients enough to where they can pay their employees very well. They have an outstanding benefit package.

The only downside is sometimes there is micromanagement happening.

A nice $50 DoorDash gift card during busy season, when you are working 2 weeks of time in one week. (yes this is sarcasm)

They had a bonus structure in prior years that made employees leave a review on Glassdoor or Linkedin. So be careful reading these comments, as most the positive comments are from the "bonus" period in past. You can clearly see not many positive reviews since then. The Cons: Communication with clients is at a level I have never seen. It is so bad, it makes you laugh. The software is also a joke, 45 minutes to sign off a binder. Literally 1-3 minutes to sign off as preparer on every single document... No IT person, just Laurie, Yet Realization is a main factor in bonuses. Avoid at all cost.
