Good work-life balance. No micromanaging. Members are easy to work with. Senior staff are easy to communicate with/easy to reach.

(if feasible) more can potentially be done to ensure staff are supported as the company continues to grow/expand it's territory. Busier seasons can occasionally lead to staff feeling overwhelmed temporarily.
