You'll have the opportunity to branch into any area of interest or where your skills develop. Management is always looking for ways where they can support their team in more/better ways. Atmosphere is laid back 80% of the time but everyone knows how to get things going when a deadline is around the corner. Dan Osicka (US CEO) is very open and easy to communicate with when concerns arise.

A lot of the software used doesn't transfer well into other jobs.
