Toxic company. The CEO do and support gossiping. Pressure to lunch all together in the kitchen. Highly pressure to do things beside the job, when I asked the CEO what he was referring, the answer was vage, using this in a manipulative way. The finance person, should pass me the job and was sabotaging me until the end. Have no idea about accounting or to be a chef. I was treated as an azubi (with 30 years of experience) and used sabotage with me in a way that passing to me the job, was the less as possible and always with the excuse of "I don't have time" ! Many times very agressive with me.
