Are you an Engineer??? too bad because they don't want you, every time I look at my manager I feel like he is confuse why did he hire me when he doesn't have any work for me. "The work here is challenging" Yes friends, your work majorly will be to find work, and you have to be lucky to be able to work 40 chargable hrs a week.
