There are currently major problems in the company that has caused a very high turnover rate in recent years. The consultants are nice, but in general the atmosphere in the office is not very pleasant. Employees do not trust managers. In my career I have never seen so many political games in such a small company.
Consultants are not used to their full potential, and not according to their interests. The method used in the projects does not have a lot of added value because the developers essentially do code merging whereas the functional experts act as testers, the rest of the code is subcontracted. No real project methodology in place. There is little room for creativity. Little room for growth.
Managers, with the exception of staffing manager, do not listen to employees. The company has been for more than a year without a director of operations and this greatly affects leadership. Without leadership, there is a lot of politics, consultant performance and commitment is reduced.
Salary conditions, the insurance plan and the savings plan could be improved.
