Very good place to plan a long lasting career, especially if you want to balance it with your personal life, since P&G puts a lot of focus on personal needs of employees. Great athmosphere around employees in terms of mutual respect and collaboration.

Not enough competition and opportunities for intensive growth. Company where you would like to settle for a long career, than a place where you can advance fast in the ranks. Strong focus on internal knowledge and procesess rather than industry standard. Compensation does not include bonuses and promotion requires long time.
