I don't think I've ever been treated like this or seen other people treated like this. It's an unhealthy, toxic environment. He degraded employees publicly in a very unprofessional manner on several occasions. This was the most horrific experience of my life, every morning I dread waking up to go to this disgusting place.

typical small company things - small company means you wear a lot of hats, and can be asked to do things that aren't strictly part of your job description. - CEO is heavily involved in the day to day, which for some people may be unfamiliar - if you have come from a big company, public or PE backed, the culture can be an adjustment - not the right fit if you need really clear boundaries, 9-5, because emergencies can happen after hours
