      Handsome salary and Good logistics.

      Minpunten

      1. Permanent night shifts. 2 Discrimination against Indian and rest of the world employees. 3. No Holi, No Diwali, No independence day and no Republic Day offs. 4. Apart from weekly 2 days off no holidays. 5. Even for main national (15th August and 26th January) and Festival (Holi, Diwali etc.) need to apply leave.

      Unfortunately, all the pro’s that used to apply to Prodege have disappeared.

      New PE ownership and senior executive leadership have stripped the company of heart, caring, and integrity in favor of squeezing bottom line through workforce reduction and AI innovation. The company that was founded on the concept of “Rewarding Moments” no longer believes in its workforce. Meager increases if any, no organized career development, an expecting of do more with less. Career seekers beware, they’ll take much more than they give.
