They want to help you as much as possible to become a better sales representative through trainings on sales skills to help you improve, product trainings and visits by the channel account managers.
Minpunten
+ Performance is thoroughly based on call volume and talk time. 60 calls per day and at least two hours of talk time. Sometimes it felt like we were making calls for no reason and not given the time to draw up a plan of action of why we were making the call. + You won't make as much as you think you will the first year as they lead you to believe. The majority of dollar amount deals are between $500 - $1000 profit margin. It was really difficult to get the corporate level large business accounts. You will work your tail off for $10-$12K in commission.
