      Pluspunten

      Our CEO treats staff like family. We have a relaxed dress code, snacks in the fridge, a beautiful patio and garden, and monthly celebrations of staff birthdays and anniversaries. PPI prides itself on quality. We aren’t working quotas, we are working to do things right the first time. Vacation benefits are decent. Health care benefits are chosen based on what helps the most number of people. The management is incredibly approachable. The starting wage is competitive. The company is looming to grow, and will continue to do so.

      Minpunten

      The only thing that’s tough for me is the commute, since it’s in Verona, and I’m on the east side. But it’s worth the drive.

      Fantastic leadership, strong focus on goals, treats you like a person.

      Minpunten

      Like most SMBs you need to be flexible with timing, and needs as an employee. Remember that sometimes you might need to work long hours, but other times no one will bat an eye if you roll out early on a Friday. It all evens out.

      Minpunten

      Micro management, unrealistic metrics, changing from a family /close-knit group to a more corporate feel, dynamics are changing, and not for the better. Bullying by management and no real recourse to take. Incomplete training. Absent supervisor and then micro management to follow. No incentive to stay and move up. Pay is not up to market for the experience brought to the company. Underutilized staff. Some supervisors are in meetings most of the day, every day and not able to supervise their team. Micromanagement is not the quick fix for not being a supervisor every day.
