leadership i immature and Napoleonic, they have never lead a business of this size and our out of their depth, they do not trust staff and do not empower, perhaps they don't know how to.

CEO Brad Taylor was one of the best CEO’s I have ever worked for. Really cares for his people and Proficio core services are fantastic.

Very large deal size so sometimes hard to thread the needle through the finish line.
