Unpaid salaries. While the projects you will work on might be interesting, but let's be practical. It's not a non-profit organization. The primary goal of every employee working or has worked here is and was to earn money. And the company is failing miserably in delivering this primary essential to its employees. In fact, the company shall be grateful to the employees who haven't filed a legal complaint under section 420 of the criminal suit, and Order 37 of the civil procedure code. According to the higher authority, things didn't go as per the plan (that's completely fine), but a backup plan for the worst-case scenario is and was needed. I don't see any of that happening here.
