Lot of cons 1) Hiring is done on one frameworks and work is done on different frameworks. 2) Clients project managers do not have the business drivers sorted who do not know what is happening in the project since last 6 months, and they claim to be a project manager. 3) Employees who have been working here for years feel they are the best on the planet there is nothing above them (suggestions to employees, please have some life and sort your thinking) 4) Clients project managers are confused about how to start the project and ask for help for juniors on how to start the project. 5) No documents given by the client to understand the product, only verbal communication is happening and need to have that all recorded to understand the product, the employee where it's a new domain to them has no idea what's going on with them. PS: This discussion is not training sessions organized, based on the calls with business with 20-25 PPL need to understand the product, i think only ranjnikant can understand the product then. 6) Head/VP of the development department are rude, and so are the senior team members as well. 7) The HR Ayushi was really helpful to get information, she was polite and respectful. 8) If any new members join the team there is no introduction provided to the whole team. 9) Senior employees are not deserving to be senior as they don't have decency to deal with the new joiners. 10) If you are leading a team and any new member joining treat them as a equally vested team member, don't develop silos in the head of the employee, make them comfortable, do a introduction session with the team so new joinee can understand the team members and understand the work pattern. 11) Right expectations are not set only, seniors think they are the masters of the company, they don't know if they go out of programmers no one will value such an attitude of work, MNCs work on team collaboration, respect and professionalism. 12) Forget about work life balance first go and ask the person who is struggling to understand the environment of the company, make them comfortable and understand and listen to the pain point of them (if programmers are employee centric firms which I did not find at all) 13) If you really want to track your employee productivity, track based on the work done not based on the time spent and recorded on time doctor and take screen grabs, employees are here to work not to fulfill the attendance and be in front of the system. 14) Head of development is the worst and senior members who follow the head of development will never grow in life. 15) To all the candidates who are giving the interviews in programmers.io do not attend also it's sheer waste of time, they will interview based on modern tech but work is on legacy tech only, have some transparency with candidates you are hiring if you don't have tech, hire the candidates based on experience and resources you have in programmers.io 16) I would not survive one day also in this company, God knows how employees are surviving here for years. 17) Last but not the least, if you think that employees are not interested in your company then try to find what is the reason behind that first and make the employees comfortable in your environment, else hire the employee with utmost transparency.

- Acts like a family - Overall nice people

Minpunten

- Useless ineffectual management that severely lacks people management skills - NO communication between leaders whatsoever - Stupid company wide choices made on a whim based on what the CEO THINKs will be a good market choice. (It's not) - Overly eager to buy out new entities without actually doing anything with existing assets. - Nobody knows what anyone else is doing and if you ask they'll ignore you
