There are too many to list! 1. Management treats you like are important to the success of the company. 2. As a supervisor, I am given the ability to truly showcase all of my abilities. 3. The company has its employees in mind. There have been multiple times where this company has spent money, dedicated time, just to make sure the employees are happy. 4. Every single time I come to work I am excited to see what the day brings. 5. There are so many different career opportunities. I have worked here for almost 4 years and I have had the following positions, Agent, Team Lead, Operations Trainer, and Supervisor. Within the Supervisor role I have been able to enjoy 4 different positions that have all made me a better Supervisor. 5. Progressive is fair with the way their employees are treated. I have never seen a company put their employees ahead of their own needs so many times. 6.My opinion is valued at the highest level. 7. Progressive holds parties at different locations where your extended family is always invited which helps make your coworkers feel like family as well. We have been to movie premiers, Boondocks, and had many parties here at our amazing new building. 8. Progressive lets its employees be themselves, I do not have to change who I am coming to work each day. 9. Just when you are starting to feel like this is a normal job and you are working too hard for not a lot of return, Progressive swoops in to motivate and guide you back to path of success. This has happened to me multiple times through my career here. I can always count on upper management to keep me motivated. 10. The owners and upper management have never made a move to hurt its employees. In fact, they have only helped their employees with better benefits in all sense of the word. 11. Progressive cares about its customers. We invest so much time and effort to make sure that our customers have the best experience while using our services. There are so many more! I would recommend this job to anyone looking for a great career opportunity where you want to feel valued.
