      Good mentorship! I get proper trained from more senior staffs and everyone is very patient and friendly. Lots of opportunities to move up. If you think you can prove your ability, you will have plenty of opportunities to step up. Senior-level treat every employee equally and never afraid to put trust in you. The working environment is very flexible, so you don't have to stuck in a daily 9-5 schedule. PEC also has a very supportive working culture.

      I was only here for the summer, but I felt like everyone I directly worked with went out of their way to be friendly. I liked that I was actually given engaging responsibilities instead of boring grunt work. My job also had a lot of autonomy and I appreciated that I wasn't micromanaged. Last thing I liked was that my opinion was taken seriously when I gave it. Overall great experience

      Not a lot of training received at the beginning. The first couple weeks were trial by fire. I'm not sure if this is normal throughout the company, or just for my position.
