Pluspunten

Pros are: remote anywhere work, decent pay, dynamic company, great diversity in your colleagues from mainly Latin America.

Minpunten

Management is not up to par on how to manage staff. They are very reactive instead of being proactive. One wrong move and you're out the door. In my short tenure I saw several fired instead of using issues as a learning opportunity, management plays favortism and lets people go for minor offenses and mainly because of misunderstandings. They disguise to be a great company but serioulsy flawed.

Pluspunten

• We are given all necessary tools to succeed as far as CRM systems and prospecting tools • Investment in growing sales and marketing teams • Favorable commission structure where you should be able to reach quota every month if you're willing to put in the work • Management keeps a very open mind and open ears, always open to new ideas and they take action if you bring something up from the top to the bottom of the org • All employees I've worked with are very nice people and just fun to work with • Lots of freedom as far as how you want to plan out your day and choose your own path for success • Highly recommend the role for any ambitious sales professionals looking to get into a high growth tech startup

Minpunten

Can't really think of any cons since I've been here, only thing that comes to mind is that I have seen a decent amount of people come and go since I've been here, but I wouldn't consider that I con as I think that is extremely normal for a rapidly growing startup such as Proper.

sales manager is a liar and a narcissist. loves to hear himself talk .often rambling about BS and has nothing actually valuable to offer a sales leader. unprofessional environment that everyone on the team hates. terrible culture that starts from the top. Go into the crm & you'll see 2983 ex sales members because it's a revolving door.
