Very Low Salary for experienced professional and my salary was less than other company fresher. There is No salary for Freshers, only freebies freshers with no payment are allowed there to work there. Full Politics and only South Indian Employees are rule there. 24x7 work stress but they pay only 8 hour salary payment no overtime payment. Work on weekend but no payment will done. The delayed payment will credited to your account at every next month 3rd week will be payment date. Like if your work is completed on 31/30 of every month then your payment will be release on next month 20 calendar date. No trust on employee monitor employee work using various tools and portals. If work less than 8 hour they deduct salary without any notice. If work more than 8 hours then no overtime payment will be paid. No appreciation of work only complaint of work. Tons of meeting you should be attend if not attend then they will absent you for whole day and salary of whole day will be deducted. If want to experience above Cons by yourself please work there for 2 weeks you will find that all Cons are true.
