If you are searching for a job in the contracting world, I'd highly recommend adding Prosync to your list of companies to consider. Leaving one of the "big" contracting companies to join the Prosync family was definitely the right career choice for me.

Leadership styles are inconsistent—some appear disengaged and disconnected from employees, while others rely on overly forceful or inappropriate approaches that undermine professionalism. These dynamics have contributed to declining morale and a lack of confidence in leadership. Operational issues, including late payroll, have added to employee frustration. Many employees are questioning whether to stay.
