Minpunten
Upper management is not there for production employees,if you are not a yes person you will be replaced saw lots of good managers that were demoted because upper management didn't like their opinions or feed back not what management wanted to hear,not very often that the owners interact with production side ,they are to busy as they say,but they are more concerned with their sales departments. Low pay they spend more money on food and alcohol instead of trying to please employees.worked there 8 and a half years and just like that no warning nothing called me to hr and told me I was done they were going in another direction. Enjoyed my time there but management are running people out.Hopefully when they open a manufacturing building in the states it won't affect this one.
