Do not recommend for professionals that worry about their reputation. Unprofessional management that was chosen old time ago and doesn't want to change. Weak teams All interviews on Glassdoor were made by existing employees and fake, they're doing the same by asking (forcing) their existing employees to leave a review. I have a big network of my friends who left them with a negative feeling. Not good benefits, the worst vacation policy Poison Culture, be aware if it's important for you!

One of the major strengths of Provectus is its inclusive and collaborative work culture. I felt valued as an employee, and my colleagues were always willing to help.

However, there were times when the workload was heavy, and the deadlines were tight. Better workload management could improve work-life balance.
