The people at Proven Management are the reason I stayed so long. Especially the field staff. I don’t understand how such wonderful people work for such a horrible company

Management doesn’t care about employees
They will over work you and underpay you especially if your female.
They will walk all over you if you let them
They will degrade, belittle and humiliate you in front of other employees
They don’t have an HR department
They take no action to complaints made by staff
They don’t care about the people who work for them
There turnover rate is so high, they have a revolving door
They don’t care of the employees who give there all at the company but ones who are incompetent or unqualified are praised while the hard working ones are treated like garbage and receive no recognition for there efforts.
If you stand up to Management you will be retaliated against
