I truly came from a dysfunctional work place and everything I have experienced at Provenir, thus far, has been extremely positive.
When interviewing for the company I read all the Glassdoor reviews beforehand (like all the other companies I was interviewing for) and it mostly seemed like green employees that hadn't worked at many other places that were leaving the reviews.
The truth is no company is perfect, but to find a place that has a fantastic work life balance, excellent benefits and truly listens to their employees concerns is like hitting the jackpot.
If you are on the fence about joining this company (especially if you are basing it off of some of the below negative reviews), here is what I have found out thus far:
Any company is going to have some people that throw each other under the bus, have changes to the way they work (processes, etc.) and policy reworking. My take is - I've worked for places that refuse to change with the times and keep doing the same process, because that's the way it's always been done and no progress is ever made. Why not work for a company that is ever evolving and growing?
Minpunten
It can get quite loud from time to time since it is a open work space and hard to concentrate.
