The marketplace is not attracting enough retailers to place orders. Leadership has run out of ideas on how to generate more revenue for the company to grow. The relatively new CTO has grand strategies but delivered nothing. Many projects ended up being terminated due to being too difficult, need too much time to go to market, the company needs immediate impact now and has no patience for the long game. Perhaps, the company is nearing the end of the runway.
Many co-workers are laid off. Its almost like a there is a lay off every 6 months.
They have also decided not to pay out bonuses for the past 2 years, this means we are not getting our total compensation.
