Honestly, at times it feels like you are dealing with a genuinely bad person who lacks basic empathy and respect for others . There is a lack of trust and very little recognition for the hard work you actually do. ​ To make matters worse, there is a miserable "snitching culture." Some of the veteran employees do barely any actual work and instead focus entirely on spying on their coworkers and reporting them to management just to score points. It creates a paranoid, toxic environment full of distrust and unnecessary stress.
