There are a few knowledgeable employees here that really put the weight of Pulse on their shoulders. I’m afraid for Pulse when they have had enough.

Most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. Tornado boss CEO + yes men senior management = chaos and havoc on a daily basis Anyone that attempts to help the company, becomes the scapegoat. A lot of people that have jobs still because they have family that works there. HR bows down to senior management. Senior management twists the truth when presenting to president/CEO until they can find someone else to blame for the issue. Difficulty retaining employees, very high turn-over rate. Be aware, they will tell you otherwise and try to blame it on market or other issues! Senior management consists of a bunch of CEO hand puppets that give vague direction to their team that doesn’t make sense and, occasionally, knowingly won’t work out. This is done to show the big man that the project is progressing the way he wants it to. When an issue arises and you bring it to the attention of a director, they push it aside and aside until they eventually point the finger at you.
